OUR WATERS

Information about the Hyperthermal Waters of Castiglione

1

Hyperthermal

Coming from three different springs, the waters of Castiglione are classified as hyperthermal due to their high temperatures (50°C, 63°C, and 70°C), which ensure maximum therapeutic benefit.

2

Hypermineralized

The waters of the Castiglione Park are saline-alkaline and exceptionally rich in mineral salts, with a concentration ranging from about 2.5 to over 30 grams per liter. For this reason, they are classified as hypermineralized waters.

3

Regenerating

Thanks to their chemical composition, the hyperthermal waters of the park promote cellular regeneration, combating aging and making the epidermis firmer. By supplying oxygen to the cells, they naturally stimulate cell turnover.

By prioritizing a deep respect for the environment, the various buildings are perfectly integrated and hidden within the stunning surrounding greenery. This is how the park becomes a true primordial oasis.

Refuge of Love

Refuge of Love

The diplomat Eberhard von Stohrer and his wife Maria Ursula frequently traveled around the Mediterranean, so they decided to build a summer residence on the island. After the war, the couple settled in Ischia, and after the death of her husband in 1953, Maria Ursula dedicated herself to managing the property, transforming it into the park we know today in the 1970s.
