At Ixya.us, operated by Pure Element Collection, we want you to love your skincare products. If you're not completely satisfied, our return policy ensures a hassle-free process for eligible returns.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition within 30 days of purchase
- Product defective or damaged during shipping are eligible for a full refund, if returned within 30 days of purchase.
- For open and partially used products, if you’re not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 2 weeks of purchase, per the return process below.

- Approval and Instructions:
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

- The return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the product is determined to be ineligible for a refund (e.g., opened and non-defective), the item will not be returned to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Final Sale Items
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
