  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

2.1. Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days (additional fees apply).
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day (additional fees apply).

2.2. International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by the destination country.

 

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $65 (U.S. only).

3.2. For order under $65, standard ground shipping will be $7.95

3.3. Any applicable free shipping promotions will automatically apply to eligible orders during checkout.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

4.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

4.2. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

5.1. Lost Packages:

5.2. Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product. We will provide a replacement or refund.
