NMF
The Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) is a mixture of water-soluble and hygroscopic substances that helps reduce water evaporation from the skin. It can make up about 20-30% of the dry residue of the stratum corneum and is primarily composed of sugars, amino acids, and urea. It helps maintain the right level of hydration and contributes to the acidification of the pH, ensuring healthy, protected, and deeply hydrated skin.
Aloe
Aloe vera leaves contain a gel composed mainly of water and essential nutrients, which offers numerous benefits for the skin. Aloe soothes irritations and itching and is particularly suitable after sun exposure or in the case of burns. This extraordinary natural substance improves the healing process, firms the skin, and combats skin aging. Additionally, thanks to its antibacterial properties, it helps prevent the proliferation of bacteria on the skin, reducing imperfections.
